    Then finish things off in style with our very own Trips DJ Set

  • We usually arrive at approximately 8.15pm. Once your venue is ready for us, we start our set up. This usually takes us about 60 mins and we always aim to be ready to play by 9.30pm. The Band plays for 2.5 hours, until Midnight.

    If you’ve booked our Band & DJ package, the DJ Set begins immediately, picking up the energy where the Band left off. The DJ set is usually 90 mins to 2 hours, depending on your venue’s curfew.

  • Yes, we’re happy to learn your first dance and play it live.

    We’re also happy to learn one other song that might be special to you, if required.

  • We suggest that we work together in picking the set list. In our experience, certain songs work well together and keep the set flowing. We also play each set without stopping, that means songs flow into each other naturally so the energy stays high & the dance floor stays full. This requires a lot of rehearsal.

  • Up to 3 hours of Live Acoustic Music with the Trips Acoustic Duo blending Vocals, Guitars & sometimes Ukulele & Piano to create the perfect atmosphere.

    We’re happy to learn any song requests you may have for your Ceremony so we can tailor it specifically to your tastes.

  • Yes we do. The Trips DJ uses all the same equipment as the band. Requests for & during the DJ set are welcome.

  • We provide a full, professional grade HK Audio & PreSonus Sound System, all our own backline, instrumentation & lighting.

  • Yes - we have full Public Liability Insurance.
